On client’s instructions, the following Lots have been sold/withdrawn prior to auction.

Lot 1 – Dunnikier OAP Centre, Lauder Road, Kirkcaldy – Withdrawn Prior

Lot 11 – Waltersmuir Reservoir, Sheriffmuir, Dunblane - Withdrawn Prior

Lot 14 – Cocklaw Street, Kelty, Fife – Withdrawn Prior

Lot 21 – 206 Grahams Road, Falkirk – Sold Prior


Value Added Tax:- We confirm that Value Added Tax (VAT) will be levied on the purchase price
of Lots – There 3 lots were VAT is chargeable on the hammer price or part of the hammer price. These are Lots 5, 10, 15, 17, 18 & 22


Interested parties have their attention drawn to the following amendments:

Lot 4 – 32 High Street, Campbeltown – EPC Band F and not as stated in the brochure.

Lot 13 – Carden Castle Park, Cardenden, Fife - The lot will have the benefit of servitude right of access and egress at all times and for all purposes for pedestrians and vehicles over the area shown delineated and hatched blue on the Plan. The Purchaser and their successors will maintain the access shown delineated and hatched blue on the Plan in good repair and condition to the Seller’s reasonable satisfaction and shall exercise the right so as to cause the minimum disturbance, nuisance or annoyance to the Seller. Conditions to this effect will be included in the title granted to the Purchaser. A copy of the sale plan is available from the Seller’s solicitors.
