Interested parties have their attention drawn to the following amendments:
Lot 1 – Cairndow RWI, Nr Cairndow – The site area is 0.086 Acres (348 sq.m) and not as stated in the brochure.
Lot 4 - West Craigmarry, Gowanbank, Armadale - During the marketing period certain parties have asserted rights of occupancy in respect of certain areas of the ground being auctioned in this lot. No written documentation has been produced to the solicitors who are acting for the vendor and purchasers shall be granted a disposition of the subjects in the Land Register but should be aware that previous unsubstantiated claims have been made.
Lot 9 – 3 Blackfaulds Place, Fauldhouse – A garage is included with the sale of the property.
Lot 10 – 97/99 High Street, Carnoustie - The correct post code is DD7 7EA. The vendor will grant to the purchaser an interposed lease of the two car parking spaces which are included in the occupational lease, which interposed lease will come to an end when the occupational lease expires or is terminated. The purchaser will therefore receive the benefit of the full annual rent payable under the lease of £6,500.
Lot 39 – 39 Albion Street, Glasgow – The property is at 37 and not 39 Albion Street as stated in the brochure.
Lot 40 – 7 Quarrywood Court, Livingston - The floor area is 212 sq.m (2,281 sq.ft) approx. The ground lease continues to 28th February 2199 and the current rent is £6,400 per annum.
Lot 41 – Huntsmans House, 33 Cadham Neighbourhood Centre, Glenrothes – This property has single glazing and not double glazing, as stated in the brochure.
