Directions

The site is part of the wooded area on the far left hand side of the roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout and then first right. The site lies behind the church and terrace of houses on the right hand side.
Description
An irregularly shaped area of heavily wooded land, the ground is bounded to the west by Auldhouse Burn, the south by the A727 Rouken Glen Road, the north by Speirsbridge Church and a further area of undeveloped wooded land under different ownership lies to east. The land is covered in mature trees and bushes and slopes down towards the burn. An interesting opportunity to acquire undeveloped ground in a residential setting on Glasgow's affluent south side.
