Description
Forming an essentially square plot, the subjects of sale comprise a part converted steading and stables within a sloping plot of ground. Within the plot stands a well equipped modern static home. Roughly 2/3 of the main steading has been partly converted to form the single storey section of a part two part single storey house which on completion will provide lounge, study, dining/kitchen, bathroom, utility room, 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) and a further bathroom. Work on the conversion of the remaining third of the steading (the two storey section) is yet to commence. The original steading is of random stone construction and the single storey section has a modern tiled pitched roof.
Adjacent to the steading are stables 100 sq.m (1,083 sq.ft) and two areas of storage (one not inspected) extending to roughly 130 sq.m (1,400 sq.ft). The stables and storage area are constructed of brick and stone with a pitched corrugated sheet clad roof. Within the site, which is currently partly roughly surfaced to provide car parking and circulation space for the steading and stables, is a good quality modern Atlas Image Super (13' x 12') static home which will be included in the sale.
