Directions
Head out of town on the A859. After about 1 mile you reach the entrance gates to Bardon Aggregates Marybank Quarry. Turn in here and proceed past the front of the offices to the weighbridge office. For viewing you must report in to this office and receive permission to access the site. The site sits in a hillock of grass directly behind the tar plant which is in-between the offices and the weighbridge. The second smaller site is not in the quarry grounds. According to the title it is situated a little over half a mile to the north east close to the A859.
Description
The main site (30' by 30') at the quarry is at a raised level and is bound by a timber post and chain link fence which is in poor condition. It houses a redundant water tank set into the hillside with only the flat roof, inspection hatch and vent visible.
The smaller site (15' by 15') known as 'Area A' in the title is understood not to be delineated on the ground and is within an area of rough ground. This area has not been inspected by SVA Property Auctions.
